100th Blog Post – Emu Easy Card Paymentshttp://www.randelljohnphotography.com/100th-blog-post-emu-easy-card-payments/
I suppose the it’s a bit of a special post today, as this is my 100th blog since creating my new WordPress site way back in January of this year.
I’ve been trying to write new material as often as I can, but this year has been really busy and keeping up with writing these post has had to take a bit of a back seat.
Anyway, I just wanted to get this latest information out there and tell everyone that I’ve just signed up to ‘Emu’.
Emu? – Emu is a totally secure on-line card payment company that allows customers to pay for their photography using credit or debit cards through any internet connectable machine, including android phones.
I’ve always accepted payment through ‘Paypal’, cheque and good old-fashioned cash, but really didn’t want the expense of paying for a specific card machine, and I didn’t want the hassle of carrying extra equipment or worrying about running out of paper receipt rolls while on site or at a customer’s home.
Emu allows me to accept payment, simply and securely and all I need is access to an internet connection.
This is great especially as I now use BT Fibre optic Broadband and have access to thousands of BT’s Hotspot connections.
I won’t even have to have direct access to a customers personal internet provider.
Emu even allows me to send a link to my customers, which enables them to make a payment at their convenience.
